Kauri Tree Poem 2018

Wednesday 25 July

We have been doing environmental writing about Kauri trees

1. we had to sketch a Kauri tree

                                     2. we had to think about key words to describe the tree

                                    3. we had to write a short piece of writing about the Kauri

                   4. then we glued the sketch onto the writing

At school I had Matariki day

everyone choose a subject to do I chose flax weaving 

and string making these are the things I made.
